I grew up in Monrovia, CA and have lived all over Southern California, as well as in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Chicago. Before getting into art photography, I was an English major at UCLA and have taught high school and middle school English for several years. An avid reader and writer, I have always had a love for words as well as a love for travel. My photographic art, in a way, combines those two things. I'm a working tourist, going around to different cities, photographing all the interesting, popular spots and then creating aesthetically appealing words out of the photographs.

Back in the LA area after having been away for about 5 years, I have enjoyed becoming reacquainted with Southern California and using it as a canvas for my photographic art. My goal is to continue to shoot more and more cities until I have crossed the globe completely!
